Please e-mail or phone to check availability. If the holiday period you require is available you have the following two payment options:

Payment by cheque – Complete booking form, “print” and send in the post with your cheque. Made payable to Kay Carne.

Payment by Credit / Debit Card – Complete booking form and click “e-mail.” We will then send you an invioce via PayPal for you to go online and securely pay. (Please note there is a 4% surcharge for card payments)

A nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost will reserve your holiday. We are happy to hold a telephone or e-mail reservation for 4 working days. If the deposit does not arrive in this time, this will be seen as a cancellation.

The balance of your holiday is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
We are flexible for arrival and departure days and are happy to offer mid week changeovers, short breaks are also welcome.

All lettings commence at3.30pm on the first day booked and end at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions before proceeding, by booking a cottages you are agreeing to adhere to these T&C’s.
