Traveling from A30

Leave the A30 for Bodmin then take 3rd left
(3/4 mile) signposted Plymouth.

At "T" junction turn left then 1st left at roundabout.

At the next roundabout turn right, signposted Lostwithiel B3268. At mini roundabout take 1st left then continue until you reach the A390.

Turn right onto A390 and follow to St Blazey. After railway crossing take the 1st right, signposted Luxulyan and Prideaux Rd. Follow this road to the top and at "T" junction turn left.

Follow this road past eden service entrance and turn left at staggered crossroads, signposted Cornhill Farm Cottages. Cornhill Farm Cottages are 1/2 mile along this road on the left.

Traveling from A38 (Plymouth)

Leave the A38 at Doublebois and join the A390 signposted St Austell and Lostwithiel.

Continue on this road through Lostwithiel to St Blazey. After railway crossing take the 1st right, signposted Luxulyan and Prideaux Rd. Follow this road to the top and at "T" junction turn left.

Follow this road past eden service entrance and turn left at crossroads, signposted Cornhill Farm Cottages. Cornhill Farm Cottages are 1/2 mile along this road on the left.
